1. Classification rules for one-off and recurring items

The simulator distinguishes items based on their cleaning frequency and the client type (B2B or B2C).

An item is considered one-off if:

  • The cleaning frequency exceeds a certain threshold (20 weeks for B2C / private clients, 8 weeks for B2B / professional clients),
    AND

  • The total number of items is three or fewer.

In this case, the “One-off” box is automatically ticked, and these items are not counted towards the loyalty pack.

Otherwise, the items are considered recurring and are included in the loyalty pack calculation.

2. Pack assignment rules based on number of recurring items

The recommended pack depends on the total number of recurring items:

  • 1 to 3 itemsÉclat Express Pack (3 stars)

  • 4 to 6 itemsBrillance Plus Pack (6 stars)

  • 7 items or morePureté Totale Pack (9 stars)

3. Loyalty system: star accumulation and free cleanings

At each visit (based on the client’s selected frequency), the number of stars associated with the recommended pack is added to the annual total.

For every 10 stars accumulated, Spotless offers a free cleaning for one item.

Unused stars (i.e., any remainder from multiples of 10) are carried over and added to future visits.

4. Pack discounts

A standard discount is automatically applied to the recommended pack when the client qualifies (with at least one recurring item).

This discount rewards loyalty and encourages regular cleaning frequency.

The pack and the corresponding discount are clearly displayed in the results for full transparency.

5. Example summary

Client has 2 sofas and 2 armchairs (4 items)
Cleaning frequency: every 8 weeks (≈ 6 visits/year)
Recommended pack: Brillance Plus (6 stars per visit)

  • Annual stars accumulated: 6 visits × 6 stars = 36 stars

  • Free cleanings earned: 36 ÷ 10 = 3 free cleanings

  • Remaining stars: 6 (carried over to the next year)
