Conditions for the Spotless.byNP Simulator — Short Term

1. Rule for Classifying One-Off and Regular Items

The simulator distinguishes items based on their cleaning frequency.

An item is considered one-off if:

  • The cleaning frequency is greater than 4 weeks,
    AND

  • The total number of items is less than or equal to 3.

In this case, the "One-Off" box is ticked automatically, and these items are excluded from the loyalty pack calculation.

Otherwise, items are considered regular and are included in the loyalty pack calculation.

2. Pack Allocation Rules According to the Number of Regular Items

The recommended pack depends on the total number of regular items:

  • 1 to 3 items → Éclat Express Pack (3 stars)

  • 4 to 6 items → Brilliance Plus Pack (6 stars)

  • 7 items and above → Pureté Totale Pack (9 stars)

3. Loyalty System Operation: Star Accumulation and Free Cleanings

At each visit (frequency defined by the client), the number of stars corresponding to the pack is added to the annual total.

For every 10 stars accumulated, Spotless offers the client a free cleaning on one item.

Unused stars (modulo 10) are carried over and added to future visits.

4. Discount on Packs

A standard discount is automatically applied to the recommended pack when the client is eligible (at least one regular item).

This discount rewards loyalty and encourages clients to maintain a regular cleaning schedule.

The pack and discount are clearly displayed in the results for transparency.

5. Summary Example

Client with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs (4 items)

Cleaning frequency every 3 weeks (≈ 17 visits/year)

Recommended pack: Brilliance Plus (6 stars per visit)

Stars accumulated over the year: 17 visits × 6 stars = 102 stars

Free cleanings offered: 102 ÷ 10 = 10 free cleanings

Remaining stars: 2 (carried over to the following year)
